In addition to the regular menu, Chef Andres Arboleda has prepared a delectable menu designed with love. It begins with a Roast prime fillet of beef topped with a cold-water lobster medallion, served with white truffle hollandaise sauce and a beet risotto quenelle. And no Valentine's Day would be complete without a truly mouthwatering dessert, so Chef Arboleda has created a white chocolate and raspberry cake, served with blueberry ice cream, chocolate tulips and blackberry chocolate paint.

It's all accompanied by romantic piano music from 7:00 to 11:00pm, and a beautiful long stem rose presented at the end of your delightful repast.
